Universal Pharma Trading is an international pharmaceutical packing equipment. My duties in this position were to increase revenue with strategic marketing including guiding the sales team in generating new clients and enhancing solid relationships with existing clients, managing client accounts, and reporting on account performance.
Managed 15 client accounts, ranging in size from $5,000 to $70,000 per sale.
Guided a sales team of 25 people, including staff training, performance assessment and employee development.
Managed the coordination and execution of product delivery.
Trained the sales staff on maintenance of the equipment sold, and the sales staff in turn trained the clients on maintenance of the equipment.
Ensured that the clients were served from the commencement of the sale through equipment delivery and equipment maintenance.
